Online Ticket Orders

Under what circumstances would I be eligible for a refund?
Under the following circumstances a full refund of your ticket purchase will be issued:

  • Cancellation Of The Event For Which Ticket Was Purchased
  • Purchase Of A Ticket After An Event Has Already Taken Place

We'll send you an e-mail verifying your cancellation and a full refund will be issued to your credit card/bank account.

Please Note: Please allow 2-5 days for your credit card provider to apply the refund to your credit card.

What if I just purchased my tickets and would like a refund?
With the exception of event cancellations or events that have already taken place, ticket purchases are non-refundable.
